Kellick was most recently VP for women's apparel at Target. In the 16 years that she worked for the retailer, her other roles included various merchandising and planning functions in apparel, accessories, jewelry and domestics. Prior to joining Target, Kellick held merchandising and sourcing roles at Old Navy, Express and Spiegel. She brings 30 years of industry experience to her new role.

Kellick received her Bachelor's degree from DePaul University in Economics and Marketing. She holds her MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, where she focused on marketing and policy studies.

In a release, Keri L. Jones, Christopher & Banks president and CEO, expressed enthusiasm about Kellick's arrival, saying, “Her considerable knowledge of merchandising, sourcing, planning and product development will enable her to make valuable contributions to Christopher & Banks. As a key member of our leadership team, Andrea will play an important role in driving improved performance and delivering upon our long term strategic objectives.”

Kellick will join Christopher & Banks on July 16th. Tricia Perket, the company's current senior vice president for merchandising, is leaving Christopher & Banks to pursue other opportunities.
