World’s most influential make-up artist, Pat McGrath, launches beauty product

Published
Oct 5, 2015

The Creative Design Director of Procter & Gamble Beauty and regular make-up artist of high-end brands such as Prada, Gucci and Maison Margiela, has launched her first beauty product, a golden eye shadow called Gold 001.

The make-up, called 001, can be used as eye shadow or lipstick - Pat McGrath Instagram

The make-up, made with 24 karat pigment, was unveiled at an event in Tuileries Garden during Paris Fashion Week, presented by models such as Bella Hadid, Jaime Bochert and Hailey Baldwin. It had also debuted on the runway at Prada’s latest Spring/Summer 2016 show, and featured in an editorial with Kim Kardashian for Violet Grey magazine in August.

Pat McGrath, who works with beauty brands such as Covergirl and Max Factor, also unveiled a partnership with Barbie last Monday to recreate her four most iconic beauty looks on the doll.
