WeJump, Panafrica's incubator, joins forces with Who's Next

Launched in June 2021, WeJump (originally named Impact), the brand incubator created by the founders of eco-responsible sneaker brand Panafrica, will take its first steps next month at the Who's Next trade fashion show, which will be held from January 21 to 23 at Porte de Versailles in Paris.

The More Project - DR

At the Impact trade show, in a space dedicated to committed brands, Wejump will present its very first group of eight brands that have been supported by the incubator during the year 2022. The objective: to give these young labels visibility among national and international buyers.

Among them is The More Project, a brand that identifies as gendermore and that redefines the codes of men's and women's wardrobes around artistic and creative pieces. After a participatory financing campaign on Ulule that raised 25,000 euros, The More Project is aiming for selective multi-brand distribution.

N85, a sustainable sportswear brand, Côtelé Paris, a corduroy specialist, and Amicalement Soi, which offers silk squares made in France, will also be present.

This first partnership between Who's Next and WeJump is presented as a "life-size test" that should lead to a permanent alliance.

"We have known each other for many years with Frédéric Maus (CEO of WSN Développement, which organizes the Who's Next show, editor's note), and we share the conviction that wholesale is an essential component in the development of a young brand. These same brands have difficulty accessing trade shows due to a lack of resources or simply because they are not trained in wholesale. Our ambition is to accompany them with Who's Next to facilitate their access," says Vulfran de Richoufftz, co-founder of Panafrica and WeJump, alongside Hugues Didier.
