Watch Pilot launches upgraded e-tail site ahead of key shopping season

With the festive season looming and sales of watches holding up well, even in the current cost-of-living crisis, Watch Pilot has launched a new e-commerce website that it says offers “an elevated digital retail experience”.

Its original site launched in 2020 but the upgraded version now “delivers a world-class digital shopping experience,” we’re told. 

Key areas upgraded by the new improvements include its speed and the visual design of the homepage. The site operates on the popular e-tail platform Shopify Plus. 

Customers can now access dedicated brand pages while visiting the website, with Watch Pilot introducing these specific areas for brand partners “to showcase their latest collections, generate brand-specific awareness and host brand-dedicated sale events”. 

It has also created designated areas for brands to showcase unique content, stories, photography and campaign videos “that will further enhance the customers’ introduction to new launches”. 

The existing collection pages have also been redesigned for faster navigation with expanded technical filtering parameters. It means site visitors can now browse and shop “seamlessly” for specific products, designs or features. 

The new collection pages also clearly categorise designer watches and luxury timepieces. And there’s a lot more information available on each item with comprehensive specifications and detailed product descriptions.

Additionally, the new Q&A section aims to encourage customers to input queries and receive an instant response from the specialist Watch Pilot team. 

A new product review section also invites “honest feedback on purchases”.
