And this aspect of its business should be key as its new executive joins from Avon Products. While there he was most recently General Manager, Italy and the Mediterranean. He led the business transformation of the region “to support year-over-year growth by adopting a segmentation approach to increase return on investment and consumer spending, with a focus on multi-channel growth”.

Before that, he was at Herbalife Nutrition, British American Tobacco Group, Ente Tabacchi Italiani and Fiat Iveco.

CEO Miguel Fernandez said the firm is “building a new Tupperware to drive long-term sales and profitability growth” and that “having worked with Marco previously [I know] that he has the experience and passion we need to guide our EMEA business to growth.”

Brandolini will be responsible for leading the Commercial business in the region, “addressing sales trends by simplifying business models, enhancing the distributor and sales force experience, and identifying opportunities to expand consumer access to the brand in Europe”.

He’ll report to Patricio Cuesta who leads the global Commercial team having only joined on April 9.
