Bambuck has a 20-year background in global and integrated marketing strategy across several brands, including Everlane, Nike and Converse. Meanwhile, Ingraffea has more than two decades of experience driving new business and developing functions across retail, merchandising and general management.

The move follows the appointment of Nicole Otto to the global brand president role at The North Face, in June. Both will serve as part of The North Face executive leadership team alongside Otto.

Most recently, Denver, Colorado-based parent company VF Corporation, which also operates brands Vans, Timberland and Dickies, announced a Q1 revenue increase of 3 percent, on the back of double-digit growth in its The North Face brand.

In particular, The North Face recorded revenues of $481.1 million, up 31 percent on the same quarter last year. Likewise, revenues for the full year ending April 2 at The North Face, totalled  $3.26 billion during the twelve-months period, up 33 percent.
