Topics addressed by the panels, which will be led by industry experts and names from Create & Cultivate’s own talent roster, will include “How Create & Cultivate harnesses the power of the working millennial woman,” “Creative Collaboration: how to team up for a successful collab that is a win win,” and “#MakeMySize movement: the democratization of fashion and apparel for all sizes and philosophies.”

Create & Cultivate founder and author of WorkParty, Jaclyn Johnson, will be in attendance to help introduce the series of talks.

Create & Cultivate is known for its female empowerment-focused conferences featuring speakers including Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen, Martha Stewart and Jessica Alba. Through its partnership with the platform, Project Womens is hoping to be able to provide support to the female-run fashion businesses that make up a large part of its customer base by offering information and advice that is relevant to their specific needs.

“The collaboration between Project Womens and Create & Cultivate will give Magic attendees never-before-seen access to conversations with the most relevant women in business,” said Kelly Helfman, president of Project Womens and West Coast Women’s at UBM, in a release. “Merging female empowerment with fashion insights, our goal is to create an authentic educational experience that inspires our brands and retailers to take their businesses to the next level.  Create & Cultivate is the perfect partner to make that happen.”

Project Womens and Magic Las Vegas will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from August 12 through 14, 2019.
