Première Vision Istanbul once again a success

Published
Oct 28, 2015

The third edition of the Turkish Première Vision show, held from 21st to 23rd October at Istanbul's CNR Expo, was attended by 8,407 visitors. The dynamics of the autumn 2014 inaugural edition were thus maintained, with a 1.3% growth in attendance, while at the same time the share of foreign visitors rose by 10%.

The show brought together 161 exhibitors (+5%) and had an 18% share of non-Turkish visitors. 24% of international visitors were professionals from the Ukraine and the CIS. Greece too was well represented, accounting for 11.5% of foreign visitors, just ahead of Iran, whose participants accounted for 10% of the total.

"This is one of the show's main challenges, one we work on daily through a specialised network of local agents, and which is currently yielding results, edition after edition," enthused Guglielmo Olearo, Director of Première Vision's international shows. "The show's exhibitors have also remarked very positively on the visitor profile's development. After three editions, Première Vision Istanbul has established itself as the premium business hub for the Middle East and Eastern Europe."

Première Vision is now working on its next Istanbul show, scheduled for 23rd, 24th and 25th March 2016. Between now and then, Denim Première Vision will be held in Barcelona on 18th and 19th November, followed by Première Vision New York on 19th and 20th January, before the major Paris edition on 16th to 18th February.
