On Tuesday 1st March, Philippe Thirache is joining Orchestra-Prémaman in the role of CEO. He was formerly in charge of Kiabi France and will succeed Agathe Boidin, who has been appointed Vice-President for the group specialised in childrenswear, and specifically in charge of expansion in North America.

The group is fostering expansion ambitions on the American continent. This past December, Orchestra-Prémaman acquired 13% of the ordinary shares of Destination Maternity Corporation, the US specialist in clothes for pregnant women. The group's objective is to acquire 100% of the company's capital. The group's merger proposal was however refused a first time by Destination Maternity's board of directors. Orchestra-Prémaman has revised and put forward its proposal again on 8th February.

In addition to Philippe Thirache's arrival, Franck Rouquet, formerly General Manager for Carrefour in the Arab Gulf, joined Orchestra-Prémaman in January as general manager for retail.

For the third quarter of the 2015-2016 fiscal year, from 1st September to 30th November 2015, Orchestra-Prémaman reported a consolidated revenue of €154.1 million, equivalent to an 11.8% rise.
