However, Blundell’s 15-year association with the company will continue, moving to a portfolio of non-executive and advisory roles.

Lee, who is currently interim Executive Director for its London estate, “brings both fantastic experience and a valuable group-wide perspective to the role, said Grosvenor. She has been with the business for over seven years, most recently as Group Reporting Director and before that as Director of Corporate Finance in Grosvenor Property UK.

Before joining the company, Lee worked for 13 years at Deloitte where she was a Director in the Real Estate Corporate Finance team and for four years in PwC’s external audit practice.

Of Lee’s promotion, CEO James Raynor said: “An internal promotion at this level highlights the strength of our people and the exceptional career opportunities at Grosvenor across all our businesses. I am also delighted to have such strong female talent represented in our executive team and at all levels in the business.”

On Blundell, he added: “Responsible for all financial aspects of the business, Roger has been instrumental to the continued growth of GPUK, expertly steering us through times of market uncertainty and, most recently, a global pandemic. As our longest serving Board member he has worked alongside four Chairs and four CEOs, all of whom have benefited hugely from his experience and wise counsel.”
