Kitri launches debut rental collection with Hurr as trend shifts to everyday pieces

UK clothing rental platform Hurr has partnered with Kitri for the latter’s first-ever rental collection. It comprises an edit of 15 pieces from Kitri’s Spring 22 collection, including signature gingham and ditsy prints, plus milkmaid dresses, and matching two-pieces.

Hurr said that post-pandemic, it has “seen rental behaviours shift towards everyday items and not just occasionwear”. Kitri has “consistently been one of the most requested brands from the Hurr community due to its iconic prints, colours and wearability”.

The companies explained that “promoting a slow approach to fashion has been on both founders Victoria Prew and Haeni Kim’s agenda, and this partnership is a merging of two minds with the same goal”.

The collection launches on March 3 with prices starting at £18 for a four-day rental.

Prew said that it’s “a super-exciting moment to have two female founders with a shared passion to change the way we consume fashion collaborate”.

And Kim added: “Rental opens up an exciting new way to build a more eco-conscious future for the fashion industry, and we can't wait to be a part of it.”
