For International Women’s Day, it has linked up with the designer (who trained at Central Saint Martins) “to celebrate strong women and encourage female empowerment all over the world”.

The capsule collection is inspired by the concept of “ephemerality” and being “in the moment” with “versatile styles, gradient colour straps and pop colour linings”.

The company said it’s offering a selection of everyday accessories “where the consumer won’t have to choose between fashion, sustainability, convenience, or aesthetics – because they are getting it all”.

Included are backpacks, shoulder bags, tote bags and crossbodies with chunky chain straps being a key decorative device. Particularly noteworthy is the City Pack S that’s a convertible bag with its detachable front pocket converting into a waist bag. The Jimmie crossbody also comes with a removable pouch.

The designer is also the focal point of the campaign and to launch the collection will kick off the Kipling Coffee Talks, a series of videos where Kipling will gather “powerful and inspiring people from across the globe. Where, in front of the microphone, they will celebrate International Women’s Day and encourage other women to follow their passions”.
