With Glossier Play, US cosmetics brand Glossier is plunging into the world of make-up and colour. The line is out on Monday March 4 and features four products: a gel eye-liner, a shiny lip lacquer, an eye-shadow and a highlighter, plus an eye-pencil sharpener and a make-up brush.

While the current Glossier line, with products like an eyelash gel or the Cloud Paint foundation for face and lips, is based on a simple, effortless beauty routine, Glossier Play is designed to drench the daily make-up ritual into a rainbow of colours. Glossier Play is available for the time being in 28 shiny and mat hues, including blue, yellow and glitter, and will add more shades soon.

Glossier was launched in 2014 as a cosmetics pure player by beauty blogger Emily Weiss. According to Weiss, in 2018 it topped the $100 million (€88 million) revenue mark
