Henretta has an extensive background in product innovation, supply chain management, marketing and go-to marketing strategies, including 30 years of experience working with Procter & Gamble, where she most recently served as group president of global e-commerce and president of global beauty care.

Prior to Procter & Gamble, she held a number of executive positions, leading businesses ranging in size from $5 to $20 billion across the globe in both emerging and established markets. Additionally, she also serves as a senior advisor to G100, a c-suite leadership, learning and development company.

"Her wealth of consumer brand experience will add tremendous value to the team, and we look forward to benefiting from her insights."

With this addition of Henretta, the company’s board of directors now has eight directors, three of whom are women. On top of her new position with American Eagle, Henretta also sits on the boards of Corning Inc., Meritage Homes, and NiSource, in addition to serving on the board of trustees at St. Bonaventure University.
