Agent Provocateur launches Agents of the Manor campaign

Upscale lingerie brand Agent Provocateur has unveiled its AW21 campaign as it prepares for a season in which more socialising is likely to drive a spike in sales of ‘sexy’ lingerie.

Set against the backdrop of secluded manor house Tyringham Hall, the campaign is called Agents of the Manor and mixes storytelling with sex appeal.

“The ‘click clock’ of hooves has transformed into the familiar sound of a woman's stiletto,” the company said of the imagery. “Countless riding crops are missing from the stables, the Agents of the manor appear, donning their glamorous Agent Provocateur lingerie, ready to embrace their sexually liberated alter egos”.

The campaign was shot by Venetia Scott with the company saying the images feature “wild, imaginative and empowering silhouettes that adhere to the house’s codes of sensual design mixed with superior craftsmanship. Drama and kinky elegance define the cuts of the season, whilst exciting, colourful fabrics pair perfectly against extravagant accessories”.

Creative director Sarah Shotton said the collection and campaign imagery celebrate a "liberal, free and creative” mindset while feeding “the craving amongst our community to get back to glamour, get dressed up in gorgeous clothes, and to get inspired again, all the while remembering how to be a strong and fearlessly feminine provocateur”.
