​​Lacoste puts North America in Joëlle Grunberg's hands

Lacoste has decided to send its France Managing Director to oversee its North American activities. Thus, Joëlle Grunberg has become the CEO of Lacoste North America and succeeds Francis Pierrel, who has just left the brand with the crocodile crocodile. In France, Lacoste, which has not yet "officially" found a replacement, it is Didier Lalance, Executive Vice President in charge of markets and distribution, taking on the role in the interim.

Joëlle Grunberg took on the reins of Lacoste France in 2013. She had just come from Celio where she had been the head of strategic projects for three years.

44 years old, the executive started her career in 1993 at Ernst &Young. As of 2000, she was working in the luxury and distribution sector as a project quality director at Ernst and Young, and then Deloitte and Mckinsey & Co Paris. In 2003, she was appointed Managing Director of Louis Pion-Royal Quartz, where she was in charge of restructuring within the Galeries Lafayette group.
