Wacoal Europe launches new B2B portal

Published
Jan 26, 2017

Lingerie group Wacoal Europe has announced the launch of a brand new B2B website to provide greater operational efficiency and support its customers further.

Wacoal

The group is the leader in the A-K cup, 28-48 back size intimate apparel market, housing lingerie brands  Wacoal, Fantasie, Freya, Elomi, Goddess and b.tempt’d – each with their own personality and position in the market.

The new B2B website has been designed to help improve customer service, allowing customers to place orders, check stock and download invoices at any time on any day. The site also features a resources area with materials such as prices lists and marketing assets available for download.

Although originally launched in English, the company is planning to roll out the site in additional languages to meet the needs of the 5,000 retailers who stock Wacoal products.

Wacoal Europe head of marketing Ann-Marie Manley, said: “We continuously strive to offer our customers second to none service level, so we’re delighted to launch our new B2B website to support them even further. The initial feedback we’ve received from our customers using the new site has been really positive which is pleasing as we’re looking to develop our digital strategy even further.”

Wacoal stockists include national and independent stores and online retailers across 30 countries.
