View Premium Selection, the exclusive preview textile fair by Munich Fabric Start, which was held on December 5 and 6, 2017, ended on a successful note. A selection of international exhibitors offered top quality pre-collections for fabrics, additional, denim, sportswear, and prints at the expo. This year saw a strong network of suppliers and visitors.

The current edition of View saw numerous newcomers in the various product areas of women’s and men’s wear and denim, with a creation of further presentation space in the gallery of the MVG Museum as well as the additional use of the workshops for selected denim and sportswear suppliers.

In particular, the strong, broad international collection portfolio from leading textile agencies made for a concentrated working atmosphere and a very positive mood over both days of the event. As many as four major renowned textile agencies presented their portfolio at the expo for the first time. Alongside the textile agencies Max Müller, Thomas Geiger and Püttmann, Tex-Research also exhibited at View for the first time.

In parallel to the increased numbers of pre-x suppliers, the portfolio of quality collections in the View Fabrics and View Additionals segments rose from approximately 300 to a total of over 360.

The combination of Munich Fabric Start with the Bluezone and View Premium Selection gives rise to optimum synchronisation for the greatest possible planning security for collection design.

To supplement this, numerous collections were broadened with topical and concentrated delivery themes for immediate ranges and/or Winter 18/19.
