The American denim brand has launched its fall/winter 2017 collection for its Levi’s Skateboarding line. The new collection features casual skateboarding apparel such as flannel shirts, jackets, t-shirts and, most notably, a reimagined Levi’s 501.

Past Levi’s Skateboarding collection have featured other classic denim styles such as the 513 Slim Straight and 504 Regular Straight, but now the collection will feature its famed 501 style for the first time. To make the jeans more suitable for skateboarding, Levi’s has remade the classic cut with Lycra and Cordura fibers, allowing for both flexibility and durability.

In addition to creating apparel and accessories, Levi’s Skateboarding also supports the global skateboarding community by improving and creating skate parks. The brand currently has a Generosity campaign to create a community skate bowl in La Paz, Bolivia.

The Levi’s Skateboarding brand is sold in stores around the world, including countries such as United States, Canada, Brazil and South Africa.

Earlier this month, Levi’s parent company Levi Strauss reported a 6 percent growth from $1.01 billion to $1.07 billion. The company experienced particularly strong growth Europe, with lower revenues in North America.
