L’Oréal x Camila Cabello Havana-themed capsule launches

Published

Cuban-born recording artist Camila Cabello has teamed up with L’Oréal Paris on a 14-piece limited edition capsule celebrating Havana.

Products from the L'Oréal Paris x Camila Cabello Havana collection

The collection centers around five core products including a bronzer, brow liquid, eye liner, lip gloss and eye shadow. Shades offered range from tones for creating a natural look to more sultry and playful colors.

The liquid bronzer comes in two shades while the brow formula is offered in three colors. Black eyeliner is available along with four shades each of lip gloss and eye shadow. The collection’s packaging is bold and colorful, drawing on Havana’s rich culture.

Cabello said in a press release from L’Oréal, “I wanted to create something that I personally would wear,” adding, “To me, beauty is about being happy and comfortable in your own skin.”

The 21-year-old singer got her musical start on the second season of the TV show The X Factor. From there, she joined the girl group Fifth Harmony. She left the group in 2016 to pursue a solo career that focused more on her Latin roots. Her first solo album, 2018’s Camila, debuted on the Billboard 200 in the number one spot.

The full L’Oréal Paris x Camila Cabello Havana collection will launch online at Ulta on Sunday, July 15th, followed by a wider roll out in drug stores and other retailers on August 2018. All products in the collection are priced under $15 each.
