From July 22 to 28, Korean design will be on display at Paris' Musée des Arts Décoratifs, as part of the 'International Korean Fashion Art Exhibition, Cross-Cultural Convergence', organised by the Korean Fashion and Culture Association.

Since its founding in 1995, the association has worked hard to entend Korean fashion beyond the country's borders with a series of events, of which the upcoming Paris showcase carries the theme 'Cross-Cultural Convergence'.

For one week, the general public can discover iconic designers from Korea such as Lie Sang Bong, Chang Kwang Hyo, Choi Boko, Yoon Sung Bo, Im Seonoc and Kwak Hyun Joo, as well as traditional fashion reinterpreted in westernised design.

More than 110 Korean and foreign artists will also gather for seminars during the week. The event intends to promote Korea, its culture and fashion, and to develop relationships between France and the Asian nation.
