Located on Yiu Wah Street, the cafe opened its doors on Saturday and will occupy the retail space held by Coffee Academics, from June 10 to 25.

Chanel has brewed the pop-up to create an immersive beauty experience within a social environment. Guests will get a glimpse of the Rouge Coco Gloss and be able to preview a new lip product named Le Rouge Crayon de Couleur, which comes in 11 shades, and will be showed in Asia for the first time.

In addition to make-up, the Coco Cafe offers testing of Chanel fragrance and a beauty photo booth for visitors to record their cafe trip. Guests receive a free drink and priority entry when they register online, and a free gift will be given to all guests.

As well as teasing new product to the Asian market, the Coco Cafe has proven a major social media success for Chanel. The hastag #cococafe has been used more than 25,000 times by users on Instagram alone, after running the event across Asia.

Chanel has already hosted the cafe pop-up in other Asian majors including Tokyo, Toronto, Seoul, Shanghai and Singapore.
