Baublebar launches affordable fine jewelry line

Published
Oct 11, 2017

Founded in 2011 as an affordable beauty brand, Baublebar has now expanded its offering to include fine jewelry. The new collection will introduce 18-karat-gold jewelry pieces, retailing for under $100.

Baublebar’s 'Everyday Fine' collection launches on Tuesday and aims to target millennial customers who wish to add finer pieces to their jewelry collection. All of the pieces will retail for under $100, with hoop earrings retailing for as low as $68 and stackable rings for $58.

According to the company’s co-founder and chief brand officer, Daniella Yacobovsky, the Everyday Fine collection will help women build their first fine jewelry collection. It will also fill a gap for customers who wish to graduate from costume jewelry but can’t afford to buy diamonds or other precious stones.

Baublebar was founded in 2011 by Amy Jain and Daniella Yacobovsky with the aim of providing on-trend jewelry at affordable prices. The e-commerce site is headquartered in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighborhood and oversees 150 employees.

In addition to its online store, the brand is also sold at retailers Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom and boutiques across the United States. It is also sold internationally in Peru, China, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
