After Naomi Campbell, Tom Tailor links with rock's Revolverheld on denim capsule

Tom Tailor has unveiled its latest collaboration with news that it’s releasing a Tom Tailor Denim x Revolverheld collection.

The German company has ramped up its collabs in recent periods and showed the new Revolverheld collection at an event at Berlin Fashion Week on Wednesday.

Rock band Revolverheld will collaborate on two capsules, the first to be available from August.

The company said they will reflect “the handwriting of the
artists [with] jeans, comfortable outerwear in olive tones, basic T-shirts with chest pockets and plain shirts with stand-up collars.”

It also said that a strong sustainability profile was important to the rock group with the products using organic cotton, while BSCI- and
Global Organic Textile Standards were followed. The second collection will be released this November.

The collections are part of a new recovery strategy that last year saw Tom Tailor launching the new Are You Ready? 360 degree marketing campaign to showcase the revamped “modern, proactive and differentiated” main Tom Tailor brand and its denim offshoot.

And it follows the collaboration in 2017 with supermodel Naomi Campbell that focused new attention on the 55 year-old brand.

Tom Tailor and its sister brand Bonita are available in 35 countries through their own retail stores and via wholesale, with more than 10,000 stores selling one or both of the labels. And they’re widely available online.
