The ASAP (Annecy Showroom Avant-Première) trade show organised by Sportair will hold its eighth edition on 16th and 17th January in Annecy, France. The show features outdoor and mountain/skiwear brands, some of which already operate showrooms in Annecy, while others will be hosted in a pop-up area at the Espace Rencontre venue in town.

ASAP will offer buyers the chance to view apparel collections for Autumn/Winter 2017-18 by 48 labels, compared to 54 last year  Asap

Among the big names this year, ASAP will showcase The North Face, the Lafuma group (Millet, Eider, Lafuma), Peak Performance, Salomon, Scott, Picture, Degré7 and SunValley, while regular exhibitors like Pouvre Blanc, CMP, Dare2b, Norrona, Helly Hansen and Skidress will enter the fray too. The show will also feature ten new entries, among them Ortovox, showcasing its new skiing apparel line; 686, with a snowboard line; Made in Colors, with its colourful outdoor wear, and Nordic label Halti.

Other new exhibitors will focus on more fashion-inspired outdoor wear, like Danish label SOS Black Snow with its biker-style apparel, or Arturo, spicing up its high-end down jackets with leather and fur. Ragwear's streetwear collections are instead distinctive for their organic approach, while Mons Royal and Giesswein will present a broadened underwear range and surfing brand Rip Curl will showcase its snowboard apparel.

The ASAP exhibitors’ 2017-18 collections will be presented at a runway show on Monday 16th January, between 7:15 and 9 pm. The show organisers are expecting more than 300 visitors this year.
